Schedule – Circuit Training
HIIT Circuit is a 30 minute, full-body, high-intensity workout class designed to challenge muscular strength and overall endurance. You’ll move through a series of stations using a mixture of body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands, to perform full-body strength movements sprinkled with cardio. Expect to sweat! All fitness classes are held in the 3rd floor Organic Cafe.
