Schedule – Yoga Flow

This yoga class introduces Ashtanga inspired yoga, coordinating movements with breath to flow from one posture to the next. Instructor Alexia Bauer will lead the class in practice, and offer modifications as necessary. This yoga class is more flow like, whereas our Fit Yoga class offers more of a muscle-sculpting theme.
